Integrates automation platform across various applications.
Ensures smooth and error free data flow, data refresh and data integrity.Extract, consolidate and disseminate data into a sanitized status for in-depth business analysis.Identify process and systems inefficiencies and issues, recommend and implement solutions based on business operation needs.Create, develop, maintain and visually represent in Power BI behavioral algorithms for individual customers to monitor and accurately predict bookings, cancellations, equipment pickups, equipment gate ins, down to a per day level of granularity.Enable broad use of Power BI and other analysis tools by working with Org through education and direct engagement.Trade/Commercial AnalysisMaintains monthly and quarterly sales target process.Preparation of business review reports, including analysis of operational impacts/commercial performance.Forecast export/import volumes by services/ports/destinations/commodities.Ensure accuracy of KPI reports and errors be corrected in time.Internal trade route and port pairing to identify target market/commodities.Industry research including rates benchmarking, competitors SWOT, market share etc.Collaborate closely with other teams/agencies/regions to develop reporting and analytics that will help drive business decision making and measurable outcomes.Equipment PlanningBuild monthly vessel model and estimates equipment demand by container types/timing of supply/re-routing/rolling.Equipment and route optimization to ensure maximization of container utilization and revenue generation.Booking planning to minimize operational impacts due to blanking/omissions/bunching.RequirementsBachelor or above degree in Supply Chain/Commerce/Sales/Business Management.Experience in shipping industry and good understanding of global supply chain processes is essential.Programming languages (e.g.
Python), automation tools (Power Automate, M Language), and stats packages (e.g.
DAX, M Query).Exceptional SQL skills and experience working with granular web and native clickstream data.Strong experience building reports and dashboards using enterprise reporting tools (Power BI).Project Management/Business Analysis certification will be an advantage.Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems.Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines.Highly developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
