About the roleWe are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst to join our team and lead the articulation of needs, context, and rationale for complex and significant IT, product and compliance driven changes.
You will play a crucial role in enabling balanced decision-making and ensuring the successful delivery of business value.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the analysis and accurate description of complex and significant work using multiple concepts (value, context, change, need, solution, and stakeholders).Facilitate the breakdown of prioritized changes into logical and achievable parts, and accurately describe work at the level of detail and context needed for various stakeholders.Facilitate shared understanding of expected value and customer experience, factors constraining the delivery of expectations, and the impacts of potential changes on people, process, and technology.Contribute to delivery success through the provision of business analysis expertise while demonstrating a 'what else can I help with' attitude.Adopt a coaching role within the BA Practice, and be recognized within the team and the wider project delivery community as a go-to person for business and analysis knowledge.About you:The perfect fit for this position is an imaginative and forward-thinking individual who possesses:
