Our client seeks a senior business analyst to work on a Customer Modernisation projectAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client who is within the financial services sector.
You will work on an exciting Customer Modernisation (CRM) project which is currently in the Design/Build phase and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative.Key Responsibilities:Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of business requirements for the Customer Modernisation (CRM) project.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to define user stories and functional specifications.Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solution design meets both business needs and technical constraints.Conduct gap analysis and assess the impact of changes on existing processes and systems.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the Design/Build phase of the project.Assist in testing and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within the financial services industry.Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably in a design/build or implementation context.Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience, and CRM best practices.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in writing detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically to identify business needs and propose solutions.Experience working in Agile project environments, including working with Scrum teams.How to Apply:If you're ready to take on a key role in shaping the future of our client's customer modernization solution, we encourage you to apply online today.
