We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team and play a pivotal role in optimizing their HR system, Lanteria. This opportunity is ideal for a technically-minded professional with hands-on experience in business process mapping and system development, who is eager to support the organization in fully leveraging their HR platform to drive operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
Optimize HR System: Work closely with the team to maximize the use of Lanteria. Help bring the system's capabilities to life by activating workflows, integrating processes, and improving utilization across the organization.
Process Mapping: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to revisit and map core HR processes, ensuring they align with business requirements and system capabilities.
Documentation and Support: Provide comprehensive documentation of workflows, system configurations, and process improvements. Experience with SharePoint would be advantageous.
Team Collaboration: Partner with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Experience & Skills required :
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a technical background in HR systems and workflow optimization.
Strong background in business process mapping and documentation.
Experience with HRIS platforms, ideally Lanteria or similar.
Preferably experienced with SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
