As part of an agile sprint team, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of our business through close partnerships with key stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. You'll assist in the delivery of change from end to end.What you'll be doingDevelop relationships with key stakeholders and team members, working collaboratively through the software development lifecycle.Research, analyse and document current and future business needs in line with our business objectives.Play a critical role in the system design and development phase, providing feedback to ensure business requirements are met.Perform appropriate data gathering, interpretation and presentation to support strategic decision making, using process maps, user stories, and other artefacts.Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement new systems and processes.Work with the appropriate support teams to ensure that solutions are handed over effectively, through the creation of appropriate documentation and support procedures in conjunction with support teams.Continuously identify ways to optimise business operations and enhance the customer experience.What we're looking for4+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably gained in the financial services industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You need to be confident, assertive, and pro-active in your relationships, and be comfortable working on both individual and team goals.Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping and requirement gathering.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or a related field preferred.BA Certification preferred.Knowledge of the Credit Card and payments industry is ideal.Knowledge of loan and risk systems is ideal.Experience in both agile and project environments is preferred.What we offerAt Finance Now, we are committed to providing our team with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
