A passionate IT professional with a demonstrated track record of project scoping, planning, management, and delivery.We're looking for someone with strong business experience who can engage with key project stakeholders, understand and translate technical information in a way that is suitable for a wide variety of audiences.You will be adept at managing projects, understanding and mapping processes, platform implementations, and associated training. The ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously is key as the big picture focus may see you navigating across a number of IT-based projects.You will be an active listener with an enquiring style to develop great collaborative relationships working with teams, leaders, and managers across the entire business.All our critical business applications have been migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 using CRM, Field Service, CRM Portal, Finance and Operations, Power Automate, and other related tools. Being part of a highly experienced IT Team working on development projects, conducting business analysis supporting business growth, the role also supports critical business applications.Based at our offices at Airport Oaks, Auckland, you will be someone who enjoys working with others and helping to build improved, smarter systems.What you will bringTertiary qualification in IT or related disciplineFundamental understanding of business processes; financial systems an advantageDemonstrated experience in end-to-end project managementAble to engage with a wide variety of people, especially in a training contextCritical thinking; visual and conceptual modelling skillsHigh level of English skills, both spoken and writtenOur team culture provides an excellent working environment, and you will experience a real sense of job satisfaction.
