Key responsibilities for this role include: Lead and execute complex business analysis projects, delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions. Develop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and impact assessments. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic opportunities. Oversee the implementation of business solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Evaluate business risks associated with identified business requests. Mentor and guide Business Analyst colleagues, providing support and training to develop their skills and ensure best practices are followed. Assist in the creation and implementation of service level standards for Information Services. Support the development and delivery of training for end users. What you will bring: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or IIBA BABOK. Minimum of five years' experience in a business analyst/improvement and/or project management position. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) with a focus on finance/accounting modules, supply chain, payroll and security and access management. Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices across functional, non-functional areas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
