Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst for their Dayforce implementation project, you will play a critical role where you will act as a core NZ project role to bridge the gap between the Project team and the HR team. You will assist in driving efficiencies, streamline processes, analyse data to enhance the overall employee experience.    Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to review, gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Dayforce implementation. Business Process Analysis: Analyse existing and future state business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimized processes. Solution Validation: Work closely with internal HR, project leads and functional consultants to ensure that the proposed solutions meet business requirements and objectives. Testing Coordination: Plan and coordinate testing efforts with the project Test lead including training core internal HR team on DayForce functionality. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues and work collaboratively to develop and execute mitigation plans. Change Management Support: Actively support change management activities by collaborating with the change management team to ensure a smooth transition to Dayforce Key Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience in full lifecycle HRIS implementations, with a strong preference for experience with HR information systems such as Dayforce - but not essential Strong understanding of HR and payroll regulations and compliance would be a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Highly skilled in using Jira and Confluence.    Send in your CV today!
