Joining an Adaptive team of Business Analysts, Testers and Developers, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has the ability to guide the team and establish best practices. You'll be joining during a fast paced period of huge change where we are investing and building in new technologies and there is lots of opportunity for you to continue to expand your skills with new project work. The core function of this role is to provide high quality business analysis services through the design and development of systems that add value and improve business performance. You'll also represent Technology from a technical perspective to the business while supporting and contributing to the Business Analysis Chapter where you'll provide guidance, leadership and training to junior members of the team. There is flexibility for this role to be based in Tauranga or Auckland. Key responsibilities include: Ensure Technology applications fully support the achievement of Mercury's strategic goals and are aligned to business units' expectations Analyse business, user, functional & non-functional requirements spanning all areas of the business & Technology, identifying the impacts of new products, services, promotions and applications on existing business processes, systems and software.
