We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key part in the successful delivery of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for DOC.
In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and deployment of HRIS solutions that will transform and enhance our HR processes.
Key responsibilities include: Developing process maps, documenting business rules, and ensuring all requirements are accurately captured.Collaborating closely with Functional Specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate configurations and workflows, ensuring they align with business needs.Partnering with Functional Specialists/SMEs to verify delivered functions and workflows, confirming they meet requirements or identifying areas for configuration adjustments.Resolving exceptions and supporting testing efforts to guarantee smooth delivery and functionality.Leading workshops and presenting findings, solutions, and recommendations to senior leadership.Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption.You are a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Business Analyst with a proven ability to analyse complex systems and deliver actionable insights.
Adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, you leverage your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align project goals.
With a collaborative mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity and continuously striving for improvement.
If you have the following skills and experience, we are keen to hear from you: Extensive expertise in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, including process modelling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder analysis.Strong strategic thinking ability, aligning business analysis activities with organisational goals and objectives.Proficient in requirements management, with experience in elicitation, documentation, prioritisation, traceability, and effective change management processes to ensure alignment with project goals.Experience working with a variety of delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.
).Strong technical acumen, enabling effective communication with technical teams and a clear understanding of the technical implications of business requirements.Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex business challenges, identify root causes, and propose innovative, effective solutions.Effective negotiation and influencing skills to drive consensus and gain stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions, even in situations with competing interests.Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and manage relationships across all organizational levels, build trust, and effectively resolve conflicts.Proven experience working on large-scale HRIS implementation projects, especially Workday.Understanding of change management principles.DOC places importance on developing a culture where everyone can participate, thrive, and grow.

The salary range for this position is $95,706 - $128,271 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
