You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation with a significant transformation initiative aimed at ensuring we have a modern, scalable ERP platform.
You will work closely with the project team as well as other stakeholders at Public Trust, to coordinate and facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements, identify problem statements and complete root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities Apply analytical skills and industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques to understand business problems, identify and capture business requirements.
Work with the business to validate requirements and quantify business benefits and outcomes.
Develop comprehensive documentation detailing the utilisation of systems across various business units.

You are an excellent communicator and collaborator working seamlessly with cross functional teams to achieve project goals.

Minimum Requirements Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central ERP and CRM solutions.
Attention to detail and the ability to translate the business objectives behind the programme of work into clear and concise requirements and wider documentation.
Strong communicator and networking skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and uses initiative.
