As an Autonomous Crown Entity, we have an important role to play in guiding and supporting Kiwis, which we're fulfilling by building a strong, sustainable, and growing business.You will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation with a significant transformation initiative aimed at ensuring we have a modern, scalable ERP platform. You will work closely with the project team as well as other stakeholders at Public Trust, to coordinate and facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements, identify problem statements and complete root cause analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesApply analytical skills and industry standard business analysis methodologies and techniques to understand business problems, identify and capture business requirements.Work with the business to validate requirements and quantify business benefits and outcomes.Develop comprehensive documentation detailing the utilisation of systems across various business units.Ko wai koe | About youYou are proactive and results driven with a passion for system transformations. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to navigate complex projects and deliver effective solutions. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator working seamlessly with cross functional teams to achieve project goals.
