The Senior Broker will be responsible for implementing and managing insurances, representing clients during the claims process, and structuring effective insurance programs.
Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on insurance options, analyzing risk requirements and insurance policies, and negotiating with insurance companies to secure the best coverage.Qualifications and ExperienceInsurance Brokering, Risk Assessment, and Policy Analysis skillsClient Relationship Management and Negotiation skillsStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilitiesKnowledge of Commercial Insurance Market and RegulationsExcellent Verbal and Written Communication skillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fieldRelevant Insurance Brokerage Certifications (e.g., Level 5 Certification) are a must
