Job Description: Senior Brand Manager - Menu (Fixed-Term Contract) Department Overview This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Marketing team of one of the world's favourite and most-recognised brands. Reporting to the Head of Menu and working closely with the Menu, Brand and Digital marketing teams, this role encompasses the full marketing mix. Duties Take charge of the brand from planning through to execution - driving sales of Macca's iconic menu whilst driving customer connection to positively impact McDonald's brand. Play a lead role within the cross-functional business teams in developing NZ menu plans and work seamlessly with the ANZ teams to execute with excellence. Be accountable for the development of strong relationships with key contacts internally (Supply Chain, Operations, RSG, Equipment, Legal, AU Marketing) and externally, especially with our Agencies and Franchisees. Qualifications With a minimum of 7 years marketing experience, you have some experience as a Senior Brand Manager and are keen to hit the ground running. A solid understanding and experience working in brand and menu marketing is advantageous. You are both commercially and financially astute with experience in pulling together compelling and robust business cases. You are organised, proactive and skilled in project management. You are strong in interpersonal relations and ability to build relationships internally and externally. This role is Auckland-based; however, it may require travel. ARE YOU THE ONE?
