We're committed to being #1 and selling premium products for years to come.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to come in and be a key player in our tight knit inhouse marketing team based in Christchurch.You will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, managing the marketing budget, overseeing the website and online store, and collaborating with the graphic designers, video content creators, sales teams, and performance marketers.
You will also be involved in launching new products, creating engaging campaigns, and exploring new ways to reach our customers across both New Zealand and Australia.The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience in a brand management role – ideally in an omnichannel and or retail environment.You have a proven track record in creating successful advertising campaigns, brand stories, product launches and managing people.

Your focus will be on brand growth and achieving sales targets.Key tasks, skills & responsibilitiesA minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in an omnichannel and/or retail environment.Proven track record of growing brands and achieving sales targets.A strong digital skill set, including knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google advertising suite, Meta advertising, and GA.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Great attention to detail and high standards.Experience in managing website development projects is ideal.Creative and analytical thinking, with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A passion for wellness products like spas, saunas and ice baths, and a commitment to our vision, values, and vibes.A great attitude and enthusiasm as an active contributor to the team.Benefits of Working at Alpine SpasIn a nutshell, Alpine Spas is one of the best places to work in the country.
