The opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic marketer to lead one of our most important brands. With responsibilities across brand & portfolio strategy, innovation leadership, communications development & activation and team leadership, you will build and deliver the plan to achieve our strategic aspirations across a leading pet care brand in the Australian market.
What you will do:
Lead and deliver an annual brand plan that aligns to and actions against our strategic vision;
Be the expert on your brand and your category within the business through data driven insight;
Drive cross functional teams (including our in house animal nutritionists and vets) and direct reports to deliver NPD and innovation within the brand;
Lead your team to create opportunities to disrupt across key advocates, directly with pet owners and within the retail environment;
Create and implement connective communication to build awareness and loyalty;
Lead internal and external partners within the digital space to create and empower a community of loyalists and advocates.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a Senior Brand Management role (or equivalent), including experience in leading a team;
Proven experience in delivering innovation to market;
Ability to work within a dynamic and fast paced environment with strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
Ability to engage at all levels (willing to get your hands dirty as much as engage the CEO);
Experience in FMCG or similar.
