About the role:
You will work closely with the Company Directors and our Head of Marketing to plan, establish and develop effective marketing strategies, manage a portfolio of existing and new brands from concept through to product management and everything in between.
Due to the nature of our brands, we require someone with solid FMCG industry experience, Australian market experience, and experience in the medicinal and pharmaceutical industry ideally. You will utilise your ingenuity and innovation to juggle a wide range of responsibilities to elevate and improve our brands in all areas, whether that be packaging, sales, advertising, PR or eventing.
With a large presence in Australia, quarterly travel will be required, so flexibility with this is a must. We are also open to candidates who are based in Melbourne.
We are looking for someone with:
A relevant marketing qualification with at least 5 years' experience working as a Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, or similar
B2C experience
A strong perspective of the full sales process in both Australia and New Zealand
A can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed
A great sense of humour
High attention to detail and accuracy – an eye for detail is a must!
Strong commercial acumen
Strong organisational skills and the ability to change priorities as the day unfolds
An honest and open nature with the ability to take feedback on board
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Adaptability and agility
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent numerical skills – you will be interpreting and managing budgets and consumer market data
Experience dealing with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in Australia a bonus
