Senior Brand Manager - 13 month maternity contractMarketing / PR / EventsMarketing ManagerAucklandContract or TempWorking in the QSR industry5+ years marketing experience requiredWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Head Office team based in Takapuna for a 13-month maternity cover role.
This is a pivotal role developing and leading our brand communications across our four QSR brands (Pita Pit, Bowl'd, EGG'D and Tuckr).
In this position, you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for developing and executing integrated initiatives that enhance brand equity and drive sales.As the Marketing lead, you will be responsible for managing all agency partner relationships including media, creative, social and SEO, overseeing all campaign activity and analysing campaign performance for each brand.
You will need to have a strategic and creative mind and love developing innovative campaign ideas that effectively target each allocated budget.The role is highly rewarding and all-encompassing where you will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring an established Assistant Brand Manager, creating, implementing and managing all marketing campaigns, social media activity and brand product awareness across the current and future channels.There are some exciting new projects in the pipeline that will be launched during the year so having a high level of digital knowledge and experience is essential.
We are looking for someone with strong influence and expertise in marketing, with a strategic and creative mind and exceptional budget management skills.The successful applicant will be highly motivated, driven and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
You will need to have the ability to work autonomously as well as being a committed team player.
As there are multiple campaigns happening at one time, you will need to possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), be highly organised, be calm working under pressure and have a high level of accuracy.Key requirements for the role:5+ years NZ experience as a Senior Brand Manager within QSR or RetailDemonstrated experience working with external agencies across all media channels (radio, digital, TV, social media, search, influencer marketing, website, loyalty and POS)Strategic thinker with passion for creative ideationExcellent communication and writing skillsHighly organised, accurate and excellent budget management skillsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiasticKey responsibilities for the role:As part of the leadership team, develop consumer led brand strategy using consumer insights and industry and food trendsCreate and implement campaigns for each brand that includes new product launches, sponsorships & partnerships, influencer activity, and app and loyalty programsAssist with developing and managing the annual marketing calendarManage the overall marketing budget to ensure all campaigns are delivered on budgetPrepare and distribute regular marketing updates to franchiseesDevelop exceptional working relationships with all internal and external partnersPlease note we will only consider applications from people who are living in New Zealand and legally allowed to work here.Applications close 5pm on Friday 27th September 2024.
