This is your opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to innovation and digital transformation.About the Role:As a Senior IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer, you will be stepping into ongoing projects, picking up where previous work has been left off and driving development to completion.
You will leverage your experience with on-premises BAW deployments to navigate complex tasks such as BAW version upgrades.
In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring and upskilling junior developers, ensuring the wider team is equipped to succeed.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Finalise development work on existing BAW projects.Lead BAW version upgrades and ensure smooth transitions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Ensure best practices are followed for on-premises BAW deployments.Skills and Experience Required:5+ years of experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or Business Process Manager (BPM).Expertise in on-premises BAW/BPM deployments (not cloud-based).Proven track record of completing BAW/BPM version upgrades.Strong problem-solving skills, especially when picking up incomplete work.Experience mentoring and upskilling junior developers.How to Apply:Click APPLY and include your CV and cover letter.
