Key Responsibilities: Provide expert business advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including agri-based clients. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer strategic recommendations to optimize client performance. Work autonomously in a fully remote capacity, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative. Collaborate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in addressing complex financial challenges. Show a keen interest in advancing to a managerial role and contribute to the growth of the firm. Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years' experience or more in a New Zealand CA firm, with a strong background in accounting and advisory services. Experience working with rural clients is highly advantageous. Passion for the agricultural sector and a drive to make a meaningful impact in this industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with precision. Strong analytical mindset.
