Senior BAS Accountant October 14, 2024 As a Senior BAS Accountant in the team, you'll be working closely alongside the other accountants on a range of clients from different industries. Key duties:Preparation of financial statements, tax planning & other compliance dutiesManaging work flow and ensuring that the jobs are completed within the set budgetManaging the relationship and contact with ClientsTraining and migrating clients onto XeroThe ideal candidate:Past experience 2-3 years at a local Accounting firm at an intermediate to senior levelWide range of client portfolio: SMEs, Family trusts, Sole tradersComfortable in preparing a full set of accounts via XeroStrong knowledge of NZ IRD tax requirementsStakeholder management and ability to communicate directly with clientsStrong competencies in Xero and other industry toolsCulture & Environment:Closely knit family-oriented environment that offers work-life balance and is family-friendlyPartners of this firm believe in an open-door policy and allow the BAS Accountants to maintain client contact and relationships.Keen to chat before applying?
