Senior Bartender

We are looking for an experienced bartender to join the Pink Lady team!Role includes:Greet customers warmly.Serve customers promptly in a friendly manner.Ensure there is always an adequate supply of clean glassware.Clean tables and collect used glasses from the tables.Place used glasses in the washing area for cleaning.Ensure the customer areas are tidy at all times and are displayed in accordance with the establishment's standards.Advise Bar Manager/Duty Manager of bar supply shortages.Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws.Ensure there is someone behind the bar to serve at all times.Report any problems with either customer or equipment to Bar Manager/Duty Manager.Follow instructions from Bar Manager/Duty Manager.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a bartender?Do you have customer service experience?Have you worked in a role which requires a sound understanding of classic cocktails?Do you hold a current New Zealand General Managers certificate?To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.
