Senior Baker

We're looking for a passionate senior baker to join our team. Work location: 155 Beaumont Street, Wynard; Hourly pay: $32 per hour; Hours: Full Time (30+hours) Job Requirement: • Open the bakery early in the morning • Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use • Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough • Bake different bread types, like brioche, sourdough, danish loaf • Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking • Mix various ingredients to create fillings for pastries (e.g. paste, caramel sauce and custard) • Decorate pastries with glazes, maple syrup, nuts • Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, danishes and cookies • Track food supplies and place orders, as needed
