We are currently seeking a Senior Associate with 7+ years of PQE in Structured Finance to join their Wellington office.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with esteemed clients such as leading banks, non-bank lenders, financial institutions, and corporate entities. Your responsibilities will span advising on securitisation programs, derivative transactions, hedging aspects of infrastructure and structured finance transactions, and regulatory matters.
Based in Wellington, you'll collaborate closely with a Partner and the wider national team, enjoying a supportive and collaborative environment. 
To excel, you'll need:
7+ years PQE in banking and finance law, preferably with private practice experience.Specialised knowledge in structured finance, securitisation, and/or derivatives.Ability to thrive both in a high-performing team and autonomously.A commitment to providing support and mentorship to junior team members.In return, you'll receive:
