Key Responsibilities Manage projects following project processes and where applicable under direction from Sr. Project ManagerComplete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfactionResponsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects.Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scopeCoordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issuesManage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issuesEssential Functions FINANCIALPerform "actual vs. estimated" analyses and identify variances, reasons for variances, and mitigation stepsMaintain budget or reduce cost, maintaining client satisfactionMaintain positive cash flow through approved SOV, follow up on billingsPROJECT SCHEDULINGPlan manpower and know when resources are required on the project.Create a working schedule and proactively plan and protect our contractual timelines.SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENTSchedule continuous site visits to quality check our subcontractorBe able to provide installation and schedule directionDocument all installation/schedule issues with subcontractorCOMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATIONProvide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels and sub-contractors and/or ensure that the appropriate members of the project team do so.Professionally represent Automated Logic in meetings and always be proactive in defending the company's best interest.Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED3+ years of experience in the Building Construction Industry3+ years of Prior experience in HVAC and/or Building AutomationMust have a valid Driver's LicensePreferred Qualifications 1+ years of Project Management experienceBachelor's degree in related fieldPrior experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation preferredPMP CertificationExperience in risk management, project planning, project estimation, project monitoringStrong problem solving, planning and project management skillsAbility to read and understand scope of workExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated knowledge of project financial reportingWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Access and other Windows productsPay Range: $76,516 - $107,122 Annually
