About the Role
With a rich history of geotechnical consulting in New Zealand, we are expanding to meet a diverse project pipeline. We employ cutting-edge technology, such as geospatial mapping and numerical modelling, to address geotechnical challenges like foundation assessments and slope stability.

In this role, you'll engage in a wide range of projects, including slips and slope analysis, retaining walls, earthworks, ground improvement, advanced seismic design, and large-scale investigation, design, and construction initiatives. Our work spans sectors such as transport (roads and ports), energy, education, climate resilience and adaptation, and housing. You'll collaborate with a team of over 60 talented geotechnical specialists across New Zealand, enhancing your career and expertise in engineering, engineering geology, and the sciences.

About You
You are passionate about technical excellence and thrive on tackling diverse and challenging projects, from the modest to the monumental, by harnessing innovative solutions, teamwork, and collaboration.

You'll have:

Tertiary qualifications in geotechnical engineering or a related field.

10 years of successful geotechnical engineering experience.

Commercial awareness and budget management skills.

A strong collaborative spirit, fostering learning and knowledge sharing.

The ability to build client relationships and support junior team members.
