You will have the commercial acumen of a business owner to achieve sustainable and rewarding growth.
In this senior role you will continue to build and strengthen the client base, undertake due diligence, review work, conduct financial modelling, work alongside other internal teams, develop networks and support the development of the wider team.
You will also be responsible for the flow and quality of client work, growing depth and breadth of services provided to clients, and facilitating growth by introducing and servicing new clients and engaging with referral partners.Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you will demonstrate the required technical capability and capacity, be confident in meeting and engaging new clients and referral partners.
You will have a passion for supporting and guiding clients to success, adding value to their business.
It is likely you will have previous experience mentoring and coaching junior team members, and have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, with strong proficiency in technical compliance and advisory, with a CA qualification or significant experience.McIntyre Dick offers a fun, supportive, people-focused workplace and a progressive learning environment with an individualised professional development plan and access to industry leaders.
