Senior Associate

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a passion in civil infrastructure to play a key role in the delivery of some of Wellington's most important projects – especially across water infrastructure upgrades and construction projects.
While they act as true consultants to their rapidly expanding client base, they come in from the contractor/constructor side, offering their clients a fresh view on project delivery, therefore, main contractor experience is preferred!
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering projects from concept to completionDeveloping and maintaining client and stakeholder relationshipsContribution to winning proposals and securing workPlan complex projects and programmes to tight schedulesCost managementAbout you: You will be an experienced project manager, project engineer or a senior site manager that wants to take the next step in their career.
Minimum4 years in a professional services engineering, construction, or project management environmentExperience taking large-scale infrastructure projects from development to handoverIdeally significant main contractor experienceRelevant tertiary qualificationKnowledge of NZ building regulations, including NZS3910 standardsAbout the company: In their short history to date our client has made a name as a highly successful and professional project management firm that differs from the norm in the experience of talent they hire.
