You'll continue to work on complex projects, but you'll also guide a team, ensuring quality standards, client satisfaction, and streamlined project delivery. It's an ideal opportunity for someone ready to transition from purely technical tasks to a strategic, leadership-focused role.
Ideally you will have:
8+ years of New Zealand experience working as a Civil Engineer or in a similar environment.
Degree qualification in civil engineering.
Ideally seeking 12d users (Civil3D users still contact me).
Mentorship experience.
CPEng.
What You'll Be Doing:
Technical: Continue hands-on work on complex technical tasks, troubleshooting, and leading by example.
Leadership & Direction: Plan, delegate, and oversee the technical work of a talented engineering team, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain QA processes, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.
Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring top-tier service.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive team growth, and elevate project outcomes.
