Based in right in the heart of Christchurch's thriving city centre, our client is looking to expand their commercial offering. With a strong brand in the market here awaits an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate within our client's commercial team.



About the Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded senior-level Associate, well versed in the Corporate Commercial space this role is ideally suited to a candidate with experience in business acquisitions and disposals, financing, and commercial agreements. For a strong candidate, this role has pathways for partnership.



About you

With a background in Business & Commercial law, this role is ideally suited to Senior Associates with at least 7 years of experience. With strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to dealing with a diverse client base, maintaining these strong relationships will be a high priority. Supported with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks, your reliability and ability to work autonomously will be crucial to your success within this role. The ability to bring across your own practice would be an added bonus however is not crucial to the success of this role.
