Senior Architectural Visualisation Artist

One to One Hundred is one of the leading architectural visualisation studios in New Zealand. We are looking for an exceptional 3D artist with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architectural rendering . This is a very specific role so we won't consider candidates with less experience or a different skillset. Candidates must be able to work from 2D CAD files or 3D models from architectural draughting software to create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings (including animations) with little supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of 3DS Max, Corona, Photoshop and After Effects and an extensive portfolio of architectural rendering.  Must have an eye for detail, interior styling and aesthetics; must work well both in a team and independently; and must have an excellent understanding of how a building is put together. General Duties and Responsibilities: Model, texture, light and render images; create photorealistic renderings of both exterior and interior environments; follow client preferences with regards to style and décor, etc; deliver high quality work under tight deadlines; multi-task and work on various projects at any given time.  No particular qualifications are required but an Architecture degree or 3D Animation degree is a plus. Special consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate a strong understanding and ability in interior design when styling renders. This is an onsite job, however, we are open to foreign applicants who are available to relocate to Auckland New Zealand. What we offer: Flexible start and finish times.
