Senior Architectural Technician

Grada have partnered with a highly reputable practice based in Northland looking for a Senior Revit Technician with a focus in Archicad, to work within their small but established team on a variety of commercial projects.
The Position:
As a Senior Architectural Technician, with 6+ years experience, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into functional, constructible plans. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects in Archicad.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine design concepts.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and design.
Review and redline drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior architectural technicians.
Manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction phases.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
