Senior Architect / Architectural Designer

We now have an opportunity for a Senior Architect or Architectural Designer to join our collaborative studio environment in Te Whanganui a Tara.
For this role, we are seeking extensive experience in the multi-unit residential and housing sectors. Experience in community buildings and the education sector is also desirable.
Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Mentor junior architects and designers within the team.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in the multi-unit residential and housing sectors.
Strong design and technical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant architectural qualifications.
