In this role you will: Establish relationships with clients. Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and challenges. Provide advanced clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, individual interventions and group work. Work alongside the Clinical Manager to provide support and guidance to the team. Be flexible to work from CareNZ's Wellington CBD and Kapiti sites if required. What are we looking for? Ability to authentically connect with clients while maintaining professional boundaries. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer literacy. Commitment to incorporate the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Maori in service delivery. Experience in individual and group interventions. Innovation and creative solutions to address the unique challenges faced by those accessing our services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good leadership skills.
