Overview: Our client is seeking both an Account Manager and a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
These key project management roles involve maintaining high levels of day-to-day client contact and ensuring projects align with both client objectives and agency financial targets.
Key Responsibilities: For Both Roles: Deliver and manage campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients, agency teams, and external partners (media, PR, etc.).
Proactively identify client needs and potential challenges, offering solutions before issues arise.
Assist in the administration of client-agency relationships, including forecasting, WIPs, and project management.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
Foster a positive team environment that prioritizes collaboration and enjoyment.
Senior Account Manager Specific Responsibilities: Lead strategic discussions with clients, guiding them through project lifecycles and ensuring their goals are met.
Mentor and support junior team members, aiding their professional growth.
Develop and nurture key client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and new business.
Oversee multiple projects, effectively balancing priorities and resources.
Experience in a creative agency.
Account Manager Specific Responsibilities: Support senior team members in managing client accounts and projects.
Compile and update weekly WIP documents and campaign reports.
Coordinate communication among clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Experience in a creative agency is ideal but not required.
Key Competencies: For Both Roles: Experience in account management or relevant marketing/production roles.
Strong understanding of creative agency processes and project management.
Knowledge of communications, brand marketing, media, and content creation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with clients and suppliers.
