Senior And Assistant Project Manager

Our client is a boutique construction project management company based in Wellington, founded by a highly skilled lead Project Manager with extensive experience in the industry. Having previously worked with major players in the project management space, our client has cultivated lasting relationships across various sectors and created quite the pipeline of work.
Their expertise spans from commercial and residential project to civil infrastructure developments. And they have collaboration working with key Wellington clients like Wellington City Council, KiwiRail, and Metservice, among others.
About the role: As this Project Management consultancy continues to expand, they are seeking to bolster their team in 2024. Therefore, they are in search of a Senior Project Manager to spearhead growth initiative within the company. And additionally, looking for an Assistant Project Manager who desires to join a small team, offering ample support and opportunities for rapid development and upskilling.
Key responsibilities will include effectively managing expectation and ensure alignment between all stakeholders involved, keeping projects on track and aligned with client expectations, identifying potential risks and challenges and employ creative problem-solving skills to develop solutions and managing end-to-end project lifecycle.
