We are proud holders of the Rainbow Tick which is an important symbol for us.What will you be doing?As a high performing member of the Data Analytics team, you will be engaging with multiple business stakeholders as the Analytics business partner, developing data products to transform the data into actionable insights.You can expect to be across the following:Run the end-to-end process of engaging with business stakeholders and SMEs, gathering requirements, data discovery, modelling, transforming, analysis, developing reports/ dashboards/ data extracts.Data storytelling and build deeper insights and visualisation for stakeholders enabling efficient decision making.Build analytics subject matter expertise and contribute to cross functional projects and initiatives.Facilitate meetings and working groups such as the power user forum.What you'll needTo be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:Have at least five years' experience in Data and analytics specific roles using SQL, Snowflake and Power BI or similar tool.Have a proven track record of data storytelling.An understanding of the general insurance or financial services market would be beneficial.Experience in Data Analytics using Power BI including Microsoft Fabric, dimensional models and complex DAX and visualisations.Ability to communicate insights from a dataset using narratives and effective data storytelling.Experience working with SQL and Snowflake.Exposure to Python / R and advanced analytics is desirable.Comprehensive experience in data analysis and visualisations, with an understanding of data engineering to ensure outputs are accurate and relevant.Our commitment is to create an inclusive workplace where our people come first, we feel valued, safe and respected.
