Policy, Planning & Regulation (Government & Defence)This team is responsible for larger scale interventions in the system that support others to deliver. The team is currently focused on the Freshwater Farm Planning Program and the Nutrient Management Risk Index Tool. Its work is generally at a scale which requires a programme approach (multiple workstreams requiring coordination).This role will support the design, development, and implementation of system level interventions.Key Responsibilities:Highly preferable to have some background or experience in farm systems or extension, and/or council and/or contract management.Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, digesting large amounts of potentially complex information, and distilling it into practical solutions that can be implemented on the ground.Must have confidence to work independently on workstreams and know when to pull in additional support from Analysts.Comfort with continuous improvement - i.e., can reflect on what has gone well or what we have learnt and put measures into place to embed learnings.Understanding of evaluation and benefits with practical experience applying this to large investment programmes and understanding of risk management is beneficial.Salary range: $108,976 up to $132,277 p/a.
