The purpose of the role is to support the analysis of forecasting of labour market trends and dynamics in the healthcare sector to inform workforce planning and decision-making. Experience in a labour market economics, labour policy or labour data / analytics role or a background in social sector or economic policy / operations, consultancy. Previous experience (in the range of 5+ years) in roles applying critical thinking and using sound judgement to develop options, provide advice, and translate this into meaningful action. A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
