In Research and Evaluation we support the Ministry to use research, evaluation, and social investment tools to drive insights that support ambitious results for a fair and safe Aotearoa.This fixed-term role supports Te Ao Marama, a judicially led District Court initiative that partners with iwi and communities. Together, we ensure all court participants, including victims and whanau, can understand and actively engage in their cases.As a Senior Analyst in the Research and Evaluation team you will be a critical lynchpin for Te Ao Marama. You will leverage both data and capability from across our group to deliver actionable insights that support implementation, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.You will effortlessly synthesise data and evaluative material, applying social investment tools and guidance to construct regular insightful reports.
