In Research and Evaluation we support the Ministry to use research, evaluation, and social investment tools to drive insights that support ambitious results for a fair and safe Aotearoa.This fixed-term role supports Te Ao Marama, a judicially led District Court initiative that partners with iwi and communities. Together, we ensure all court participants, including victims and whanau, can understand and actively engage in their cases.As a Senior Analyst in the Research and Evaluation team you will be a critical lynchpin for Te Ao Marama. You will leverage both data and capability from across our group to deliver actionable insights that support implementation, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.You will effortlessly synthesise data and evaluative material, applying social investment tools and guidance to construct regular insightful reports. These reports will enable Te Ao Marama to benchmark its progress and inform modelling of future expectations that can be tested over time.Using your natural curiosity, advanced evaluation experience, and well-honed data-driven story telling skills, you will support Te Ao Marama to enhance justice for all.Now is an exciting time to join Sector Insights in the Ministry of Justice.
