Senior Analyst Fixed Term Full Time – Research and Evaluation Sector Insights Group, National Office Te Haeata/The Opportunity Leverage your advanced evaluation experience and curiosity to enhance justice and support community engagement in the judicial process.

We are looking for someone as passionate about supporting data-driven decision making as we are.
In Research and Evaluation, we support the Ministry to use research, evaluation, and social investment tools to drive insights that support ambitious results for a fair and safe Aotearoa.
This fixed-term role supports Te Ao Marama, a judicially led District Court initiative that partners with iwi and communities.
Together, we ensure all court participants, including victims and whanau, can understand and actively engage in their cases.
As a Senior Analyst in the Research and Evaluation team, you will be a critical lynchpin for Te Ao Marama.
You will leverage both data and capability from across our group to deliver actionable insights that support implementation, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring.
You will effortlessly synthesise data and evaluative material, applying social investment tools and guidance to construct regular insightful reports.
These reports will enable Te Ao Marama to benchmark its progress and inform modelling of future expectations that can be tested over time.
Using your natural curiosity, advanced evaluation experience, and well-honed data-driven storytelling skills, you will support Te Ao Marama to enhance justice for all.

Utu a-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $110,766 and $143,388 based on skills and experience.
