This is a permanent role based in either Auckland or Wellington, offering a salary of $127,648 plus 5 weeks leave and a great insurance package.
Flexibility is provided to make the commute worth it.Key Responsibilities:Analyse large data sets, identifying key opportunities and risks in relation to the annual agreed financial budget.Transform information into high-quality reports, dashboards, and information packs that are engaging, insightful, and easily relay relevant information to the leadership team.What You Will Bring:A formal qualification in Finance, Economics, Business, or Information Management.At least 3 years' experience in budgeting and forecasting.Advanced written and communication skills.Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and build relationships.Commercial awareness and strong business understanding.Clear and logical strategic thinking and planning capability, with the ability to work through complexity.Experience with financial and/or data warehouse systems and reporting tools.Advanced Excel and Power BI skills would be advantageous.What's in it for You: As a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to ensure that you have all the tools and support you need.
