About the role: As a Senior Analyst, reporting to the Strategy Performance Lead, you will work across ASB to help develop strategies and initiatives which meet our medium and longer-term goals.
You will support the development of performance metrics and regularly report on these.
You will be part of a team responsible for forward-looking analysis of our operating environment and monitoring the strategic risk profile for the bank.
The role will require you to use your strong verbal, numerical, and critical reasoning skills.

Producing high-quality written material, including MS PowerPoint presentations to ASB Executive and Board members, will also be part of your remit.

About you: You have either 2+ years of consulting experience or a professional services background, having worked for one of the large consulting firms.
Alternatively, you may have years of in-house strategy and/or reporting experience from within a complex enterprise environment.

You will love creative problem solving and big picture thinking, and you will excel at articulating complex situations (both written and verbal).
You will be skilled at analysis and be able to create compelling outputs.
Project management and working at pace to meet critical deadlines are part of your toolkit.
