Our client is a top NZX-listed real estate investment vehicle with a significant portfolio of industrial and warehouse properties across New Zealand.The Senior Analyst has full responsibility for forecasting and extended responsibility for strategy, business plans, budgets, and results within the Investment Management team. This role also takes responsibility for leading and managing the Investment Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for fund modelling and forecasting for the organisations and related entities/partnerships in New Zealand, ensuring quality control across all forecast inputs and outputs.Manage and prepare the interim and annual results presentations for the organisation.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, asset plans and longer-term business/strategy plans.Assist in capital structuring decisions and projects via the completion of impact analysis.Assist in the modelling, analysis and evaluation of development, merger & acquisition (M&A), and divestment decisions.Prepare Board and Executive briefing papers to support major investment and capital decisions.Assisting with asset valuation forecasting and review processes (alongside the Valuation Manager when required).Provide analytical support and impact analysis for leasing and capital expenditure decisions within the Property Services team.Maintain a watching brief on the listed property sector overall, with knowledge of current trends and broader market views.Provide ad hoc analysis and strategic support to the CEO.Your Background3-7 years of experience in investment banking, property investing, real estate/M&A advisory, corporate development, strategy, or related fields.Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis techniques.A strong academic record and a genuine interest in the property and listed real estate sector.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.For more information, please contact Carlos Kirkwood-Ale in confidence at +64 22 186 1077, or submit your CV (in Word format) to ******, quoting reference CKA1282777.
