Senior Analyst - Assurance & Insights

Position Overview:As Senior Analyst within our Assurance & Insights team, you'll provide data-driven insights to support performance and operational excellence across the organisation.
Your curious mindset and natural inclination to take initiative over investigating trends and complexities, coupled with your expertise in data visualization, will see you succeed in this role!Key Responsibilities:Influence operational excellence across the organisation through data insights and analysis.Lead the way in providing data analysis and insights to senior leaders, supporting impactful outcomes and influencing meaningful change.Maintain our Performance Indicator Framework, working with the wider Customer Engagement and Practice Team and place-based regions to produce a compelling data-driven story of performance.Provide evidence-based advice, reports, and recommendations to senior leaders to enhance decision making at a regional level.Qualifications:PowerBI experience and strong Excel skills.Proven experience and demonstrated ability to identify, collect, organise and analyse data from a variety of sources to improve processes and practices, and to provide information to enable decision-making.Extensive experience in the use of reporting, statistical, and data visualisation packages.Extensive experience in the development of data-driven performance frameworks.Demonstrated ability in providing original thinking, anticipating future opportunities and challenges to create meaningful strategies to drive operational excellence.The ability to effectively cope with change, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty.Benefits:This is a permanent, full-time role at $131,727 + 5 weeks' annual leave and a suite of additional benefits.About Kainga Ora:At Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities, we are committed to transforming New Zealand's housing choices and outcomes by creating homes and communities that allow New Zealanders to thrive.
