We've recentlyreviewed our approach to health, safety and wellness in the workplace, so yourfocus will be on engaging and supporting our line managers, providing them andtheir teams with the training and tools to enhance risk and hazard managementand emergency preparedness.
This involves reviewing, developing and implementingpolicies, procedures and initiatives that deliver great results and workingwith key stakeholders to foster a proactive, safety conscious cultureMou | About you In-depth experience in health and safety or risk management and a solidunderstanding of NZ H&S legislation.A communication and relationship building style that has allowed you toinfluence and inspire others.
Sound analytical and decision-making skills.Full NZ drivers Bachelor's degreein Occupational Health and Safety or a related fieldA willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga).Tonoa i tenei ra!
