This newly created role will be responsible for the delivery of key Town Centre programs and commercial development projects. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the commercial development sector, experience working with developers throughout the development cycle, understanding of public sector contract management and procurement processes, and experience managing complex projects to ensure successful delivery of projects contributing to economic wellbeing. The Senior Advisor will work closely with the business community and development sector, supporting the delivery of the wider Town Centres and business work program.
