The remuneration range for this role is $92,925 to $139,658 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity It's an exciting time in the company where you will support the delivery of the organisation's planning, reporting and decision-making processes on key operational and strategic matters by taking the lead on the monitoring and reporting of performance and related information, to contribute to organisational improvement. This is a growth opportunity where you will get to interact with the SLT.
You will get to: Develop and implement the company corporate suite of planning documentsProvide quality input and support to develop, implement and monitor the planning processContribute to high quality and insightful reporting on the organisation's strategic and operational delivery, performance and riskEstablish and maintain effective and cooperative internal and external relationships with groups and individualsProvide insight and advice around performance improvement opportunities.About you To be successful in this role you will bring the following: A relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in a policy, planning or performance advisory roleExperience in continuous improvement of systems and processesStrong relationship management skills, including experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholdersA solid understanding of planning and performance frameworks and methodologiesGood numerical skills, an understanding of statistics and advanced Microsoft skills in particular ExcelLocal Government experience highly desirable.At Wellington Water, our purpose extends beyond delivering great water services for the region; we foster a thriving community, support a diverse workforce, and offer supportive development opportunities.
