Senior Advisor Planning and Analysis, Wellington Identify opportunities and implement solutionsKey relationship management across Service Delivery and the wider MinistryPermanent full time role, based in WellingtonWe have a great opportunity for a Senior Advisor Planning and Analysis to assist the General Manager in providing day to day leadership and work programme management.This is a key role where you'll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders within Service Delivery and across MSD.
You'll be responsible for providing professional support to ensure the quality of outputs in your areas of responsibility, including the management of projects, practice and processes.
You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote the interests and objectives of Service Delivery and the Ministry.
Key attributes we are looking for : Skilled in building and supporting efficient teams, projects and processesKnowledge and experience mentoring and supporting othersAbility to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationshipsExcellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting informationDemonstrated ability to exercise sound judgementHighly developed analytical skills with the ability to create actionable recommendations and solutionsAble to summarise results and insights into products and tools that are visual, consumable and a point of reference for our stakeholders and usersKnowledge of, and experience in using, SAS / Snowflake SQL highly advantageousThis is an opportunity to influence the Planning and Analysis work programme, build ministry wide relationships and provide strategic and operational advice.If you have a desire to drive continuous improvement and a strong background in Planning and Analysis, we would like to hear from you.
