Key Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions
• Key relationship management across Service Delivery and the wider Ministry
• Provide professional support to ensure the quality of outputs in your areas of responsibility, including the management of projects, practice and processes.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote the interests and objectives of Service Delivery and the Ministry.
Key attributes we are looking for:
• Skilled in building and supporting efficient teams, projects and processes
• Knowledge and experience mentoring and supporting others
• Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presenting information
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement
• Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to create actionable recommendations and solutions
• Able to summarise results and insights into products and tools that are visual, consumable and a point of reference for our stakeholders and users
• Knowledge of, and experience in using, SAS/Snowflake SQL highly advantageous
